Description

Christriansen was a distinguished WWI ace and winner of the Pour Le Merite. He was a Generalleutnant in the Luftwaffe and was a friend of Luftwaffe chief Herman Goring. He was later promoted to the rank of General der Flieger and was placed in command of the Military Administration of the Occupied Netherlands.
