Adolf Hitler 50th Birthday Porcelain Medal: extremely high relief, 88.6 x16.5 mm, gold border around beveled obverse side, there is a recess on back and a hole on the edge under the letter "A" in April on the front for a hanging clip, obverse reads "Adolf Hitler Our Leader" with dates, back reads "Dedicated to the school children of Nurnberg on the 20th of April 1939 from the mayor of the National Party Day City," two porcelain kiln flaw inclusions by the letters "R" and "M" on the back, virtually mint condition.
