Aluminum, 52.7x43.7 thin wreath, 15.3 gm, matt white finish on wreath, very dark grey-black uniform finish on the eagle and rivets, tomback hinge pin; the aluminum pin originally had a black finish then received an aluminum plating: the middle hinge tube and the attached end of the pin are off color.
