Worn by members of the Deutsches Siedlerbund (German Settler Federation), an organisation founded in 1933 and still in existence today. Less than 32,000 such badges were manufactured prior to 1945. Enameled tombac, 24 mm, plated brass pin secured by a soldered plate, marked HA for Hermann Aurich, Ges. Gesch., scarce, light wear.
