Pressed elastolin fiberboard using a yellow ink coated upper die, shows two planes and a droop tailed eagle above a industrial city skyline, 1.5 x 1.75 inches, steel safety pin affixed by hot glue on back, no maker. I think this might be a contribution pin, light wear.
