Pre 1938 Orts level political hat - trikot golden brown wool body, blue piping, high brim, velvet band, gold rayon lining, gold pebbled buttons, vulcan-fiber visor needs resewing, tarnished gold chincord, silver plated eagle, enameled cockade, 1935 dated cloth RZM tag, no wreath because this early cap predates it's use. Very easy to see moth nip in the top, teeny pinhole nip near the eagle, heavy wear w/rips to the sweatband needs to be resewn with the brim, brittle orange foam glued to sweatband is totally worthless, the hat was stored with papers across the top - the uncovered parts have decades of dust and dirt that need cleaning (not stained), everthing just the way I bought it, still looks great but needs cleaning, blocking, sewing; very restorable.
