Hitler Youth Enameled Hat Insignia: Identical in every respect to the Hitler Youth membership badge but with two round metal prongs on the reverse for mounting to any number of different Hitler Youth caps, the winter ski cap, HJ leader's visor hat, or the Hitler Youth overseas cap. This one is made from enameled tomback, 25 x 14 mm, early pre-war quality construction: die struck bronze diamond has a complex mortise for a soldered round prong plate, RZM M1/136 (Matthew Salcher & Sohn, Wagstadt), light wear.
