Three piece construction, cut-off sash made from a 17.0 cm wide strip of red watered silk-rayon fabric, currently 66 cm in length but the vet probably cut off the other end, printed swastika on a white silk-rayon surge-sewn circle, 5 cm silver bullion fringe, good for some kind of a display.
