Printed NSFK Insignia on sports cloth material, approximately 9.5 cm diameter, formerly glued in four places on a piece of fabric mounted in a picture frame with other souvenirs by the vet, now cut off it's black backing fabric by a rummage sale picker, sad, scarce item, oh well - it's still good for display.
