SS-Postschutz Ärmelband: In March 1942 Hitler approved the incorporation of the Postschutz into the Allgemeine (General) SS and renamed it the SS Postschutz. On May 1 1942 Gottlob Berger became Leader of the Waffen SS Postal Protection with a strength of 4500 men. Machine embroidered grey threads on black wool, 52 cm, 32 mm high, stitched edges, very rare, blacklight tested, unissued mint condition.
